The Mullingar Chamber is delighted to launch their Annual Business Dinner and Awards for 2009 with this year’s overall sponsor Wallace Recycling.
The annual business dinner is the main networking event in the Chamber’s annual calendar. The event is a highly prestigious occasion, having played host to many distinguished speakers in the past such as Gareth Fitzgerald and Michael O’Leary.
This year, more than ever, it is of great importance that the Mullingar Chamber honour those in business, and it is through the Chamber Business Awards that companies from all over Mullingar and districts are once again invited to participate in these important awards. The awards recognise the efforts of businesses to promote excellence in the quality of their products, services, and customer care. It is hoped that this year’s Chamber Awards will create a feeling of vibrancy and optimism within the Mullingar area and provide an important opportunity for the business community to promote themselves, their companies and their staff.
This year’s awards will take place on Thursday April 30 in the Annebrook House Hotel. The Mullingar Chamber is delighted to have Patricia Callan (pictured above ) as the guest speaker for the night. Patricia Callan is the director of the Small Firms Association, “The Voice of Small Business” in Ireland, with responsibility for the overall management and coordination of the association. Patricia is a representative on the national social partnership agreement, Towards 2016 implementation committees; the National Economic and Social Forum (NESF ); the Management Development Council; the High Level Group on Business Regulation; and the BusinessEurope Entrepreneurship and SME Committee, amongst others.
