Suicide or Survive (SOS) is bringing its wellness workshop and eden programme to the Mayo community.

SOS, in partnership with Mayo Suicide Prevention Alliance, is hosting a wellness workshop on Thursday, March 10, in Newman Institute, Cathedral Close, Ballina. This is a full day workshop that aims to help people understand and take responsibility for their own mental health. SOS is currently running a series of workshops throughout the country which are being offered free of charge to participants.

The instructor then takes the class on a ride that includes sprints, hill climbs, and other fun exercises like intervals and circuits. Classes are usually 45 minutes long and are set to music.
