Dear editor,
It’s that time of the year again. We are all very busy up here in the North Pole, working hard to make this Christmas special for all the boys and girls.
And this is where we need your help…. please remind children to write and post their letters to me as soon as possible, so that Mrs Claus and the Elves can start getting the toys and gifts packed for my big journey on Christmas Eve.
I love reading all the letters, particularly when it’s a little one’s first ever letter. So all each child needs to do now is post their own letter to: Santa Claus, The North Pole. It’s as simple as that.
And when they do, Santa's helpers in An Post will make sure that they get a reply from me before Christmas. But it’s important that they get writing straight away and include their name and address, written very clearly.
The people in An Post have been kindly helping me out with my reply letters for more than 20 years, despite it being their busiest time of the year.
So won’t you be good now and ask them to get writing? I’m watching to see who’s naughty and who’s nice.
