Dún na Sí Heritage Park in Moate is the place in which to be this Father's Day as the perennially popular venue hosts a Family Fun Day.
Commencing at 2pm, the visitors attraction will be transformed into an entertainment venue with MC Tom Curtin introducing numerous live music acts over the four hour duration.
There will be performances from Simon Casey, TR Dallas, Tony Allen and Patrick Rabbitte, to name but a few, while the younger family members will exert their energies on a myriad of attractions to include a bouncy castle, goal shots and funfair rides.
Families can also avail of 'The Heritage Park Experience' with guided tours at 2pm, 2.15pm and 2.30pm, while a BBQ will satisfy the palates of all those in attendance.
An apt manner in which to spend Fathers Day for all the family. Admission is €5 per adult with children being admitted free to the event.
