Hundreds of people are expected to take to the streets of Galway on Sunday May 15 to raise funds for a local charity with the twin aims of supporting the suicide bereaved and helping prevent suicide.

Hundreds will take to the streets on Sunday May 15 for Console’s Suicide Prevention and Postvention Memorial Walk. The walk is in aid of the Suicide Bereaved and Suicide Prevention Service and will be started by Michael D Higgins. Console is calling on families, friends, school friends and work colleagues to take to the streets and support a worthy cause.
