The landscape of the residential letting market has changed during the Covid 19 crisis. Deirdre Greaney, letting manager with Winters Property Management, explains why there is an increase in letting properties on the market.

Winters Property hosted an information night for residential landlords on Monday last. The attendance of almost 100 people received an overview of the Galway property market and practical guidance on the Rent Pressure Zone and Minimum Standards in Accommodation legislation. Accountancy firm Grant Thornton also provided a briefing on purchasing property through a personal pension.

Winters Property will hold an open landlord information event on July 11 at 7pm in the Menlo Park Hotel. The event is titled “Being a Landlord in 2016” and Winters is inviting all landlords to attend this free event.
