The charity stated that Valentine’s week is a time where many people celebrate their love and post about how happy they are on social media, but that it can also bring issues or cracks in relationships to the surface.
Free mental health support group launched to help students deal with exam stress
Mental health charity Turn2Me has launched a free mental health support group, starting today (Thursday) at 6pm. The Exam Stress support group will be open to students of all ages and will cater for young people sitting the Leaving Certificate, students preparing for college entrance exams, and students doing third level examinations.
