Ireland West Airport Knock welcomes the recent decision by An Bord Pleanála to grant permission for the proposed development at the airport of car park extension, new entrance, and roundabout, fire station extension and advertising billboards. The granted application allows for necessary improvements as outlined in the airport’s Master Plan and, together with the recent terminal extension and airfield enhancement works, provides for increased capacity at the airport.
