Atlantic Technological University (ATU) will welcome prospective students to its Galway City Open Day on Saturday, April 18, from 10am to 1pm, across its Dublin Road and Wellpark Road campuses.

University of Galway Students’ Union today launched their Raise and Give (RAG) Week campaign. The events will all be taking place on the University of Galway campus from Sunday, February 8, to Friday, February 13, to raise funds for Galway Rape Crisis Centre and GOAL.

The University of Galway Students’ Union has released a damning report highlighting the severe challenges faced by students seeking accommodation in Galway, with long commutes, sky-high rents, and widespread frustration pushing many to question their decision to attend college at all.

The events will all be taking place on the University of Galway campus Sunday, February 9 to Friday, February 14, to raise funds for Galway Rape Crisis Centre and Galway Autism Partnership. Fundraising events over the week will include a fire walk, a head shave, a charity auction, a 5km fun run, a Galentine’s day brunch, a five-a-side tournament and pop-up charity clothes and book shops.

Launched this week by University of Galway Students’ Union, the Freshers Fair will take place on the University of Galway campus on Thursday, September 19 from 11am until 3pm.
