Compered by Keith Finnegan, the winners were nominated by members of the public for their work in a variety of fields which contributed to the betterment of the lives of people in their communities. The winners were introduced by the chair of the adjudication panel Mary Bennett and awards organiser Ollie Robinson to a large attendance of family and supporters.
