The twelfth annual Gala Barbecue in aid of Multiple Sclerosis was recently hosted by Norah and Gerry Walshe in the gardens of Hotel Westport.

The local Multiple Sclerosis Society will hold information and support meetings at its western regional office at Roxboro House, Raleigh Row, on Friday March 13 from 11am to 1pm and at the Shearwater Plaza Hotel, Ballinasloe, on Wednesday March 11 from 11am to 1pm.

The MS READaTHON is a chance for children to read brilliant books, raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and be in with a chance of winning fantastic prizes!
