A new proposed scheme by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry (SIMI) will help create 59 jobs in Mayo if the Government agrees to the idea which was part of SIMI’s pre-budget submission.

The Ice House Hotel and Spa has been selected to host a special tourism and business networking lunch between Manchester and Mayo on Thursday August 8. The Mayo senior hurlers travel to Trim on Sunday afternoon to face Meath in the second round of the National Hurling League Division 2B.
