Galway clubs finish track and field season in style
Lauren Kilduff of Craughwell AC topped the weekend’s performances by becoming U18 National Champion in the 400m Hurdles and broke the Championship record with a time of 60:33. Clubmate Emma O’Donovan took home bronze in 62.44.
Success for Coláiste Iognáid at Irish Rowing Championships
The standout performances over the weekend came in the Junior Men’s Pair and Four. Oisín Ó Conaire and Paul Schofield claimed the national title in the MJ18 2- on Friday and they were then joined by teammates Eoghan O’Connell, Jack Mannion, and Arthur O’Malley (cox) to secure victory on Sunday in the MJ18 4+.
