Horseleap Harvest Fair remembers Christy McGuinness
In its second year, the Horseleap Harvest Fair takes place this year on Sunday August 19 behind Paddy Ryan’s pub in Horseleap. LARCC Cancer Support Centre is delighted to be the chosen charity for this year’s event and indeed it is a fitting partnership as the fair takes place in memory and in honour of well-known and highly regarded local man Christy McGuinness who unfortunately died of cancer in 2010.
LARCC is going racing
Kilbeggan Races on Saturday August 7 will play host to LARCC (Lakelands Area Retreat & Cancer Support Centre) for their biggest summer fundraiser, with the first race at 5.30pm.
