Sidero, an Ireland-based engineering services and cloud-native software development company with deep technology specialisation in the communications vertical, with a base in Monksland, Athlone, has announced the merger completion and will operate as GlobalLogic (a Hitachi Group Company) in Ireland following its acquisition by the digital engineering leader in July 2023.

Sidero, a GlobalLogic company and Ireland’s software, cloud and digital transformation specialist, located in Monksland, was recently honoured with two awards at the annual Athlone Business Awards at the Sheraton Hotel in Athlone.

Monksland based engineering business Sidero, has been acquired by a prominent US company.
