So much of what is going on in the world – financial instability, climate change, worldwide terrorism and conflict, seems bound to create anxiety and uncertainty within us. Living fearlessly at such a time seems like nothing more than an impossible dream.

Down through the ages people have warned us, in times of crisis, not to look outside for back-up or a change in social structure to save us, but to look within! This may be such a time.

Contrary to common belief, we can sustain ourselves. We do not have to succumb to an inevitable demise via recession or a tsunami caused by climate instability, a war to end all wars or starvation due to poverty.
