Ivan McPhillips, GMIT Business School lecturer, and co-founder of the GMIT Youth Entrepreneur Summer Camp, has won the 2021 Enterprise Ireland Academic Award in recognition of his involvement in and the promotion of the annual Student Entrepreneur Awards competition since 1997.

Construction on the new c1,400sq m three-storey building is expected to commence in the autumn.
