As the battle heats up among the various Irish cities to become the European Capital of Culture 2020, Galway has become the first to launch an inspiring bid video in a rallying call to its citizens.

A public engagement campaign is under way as Galway bids to win the European Capital of Culture 2020 designation and the fifth Speak Out information event will take place on the Aran Islands.
