Evergreen Healthfoods will be hosting an information evening on sports nutrition at the Pillo Hotel & Spa, (formerly the Courtyard by Marriot) on Tuesday, April 26 at 6:30pm. The event is being organised in support of Special Olympics Ireland, and in association with the Pillo Hotel & Spa. There will be three speakers on the night, each covering different aspects of sports performance and nutrition.

A most enjoyable meeting of Mullingar Toastmasters was held in the Greville Arms Hotel on Thursday January 22. Approximately 20 members attended and a few guests also participated in the meeting. Congratulations to Anne O’Farrell who officially became a new member on the night.
