Mountbellew-Moylough are back into the county semi-finals after a narrow 1-13 to 1-12 victory over Maigh Cuilinn at Pearse Stadium after extra-time on Saturday.

Last Sunday was a busy day of Gaelic football in many GAA houses in the county.

The Maigh Cuilinn Intermediate footballers will have to bring their “A” game to Pearse Stadium this Sunday (2pm) to beat a highly rated Hollymount side in the Connacht Intermediate football final. 

It was a good day for Galway club football last Sunday at Hyde Park with both Galway intermediate and junior champions, Maigh Cuilinn and Clifden,  qualifying for their respective Connacht finals.
