The month of February realised an important milestone for the community development company Ballinasloe Area Community Development clg which published the 60th edition of its free colour community magazine Ballinasloe Life.

Festivals and community event committees from organisations such as the Athlone River Festival, Athlone Drama Festival, Moate Agricultural Show and their Midlands counterparts have been invited to participate in an engagement programme of events in the Enterprise and Technology Centre Ballinasloe, on Saturday, February 29.

Ballinasloe has much going for it but needs to attract more investment and employment opportunities.
