Overlooking the Wexford coastline, this popular event was very well supported by riders from the South-east region and also out of region competitors, which is always a welcome sign. The cross-country was relatively strong, with a few technical skinny fences to negotiate for the open and advanced intermediate riders. The log into the water at the early end of the track caused a few mishaps across the grades.
