O’Donnellan & Joyce has just launched its July 12 auction properties and the team have been overwhelmed with the response and interest that there is in the majority of the properties on offer. The auction will feature 27 properties and all must be sold.

There was no shortage of buyers at the O’Donnellan & Joyce monthly auction in the Victoria Hotel last Friday, where there were so many people in attendance in the enlarged auction room that they were spilling out onto the foyer of the hotel.

A packed auction room is anticipated this Friday in the Victoria Hotel, Eyre Square, when O’Donnellan & Joyce places nine properties up for sale by public auction. According to Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers this auction will have properties suitable for everyone with houses ranging from €80,000 to €720,000, comprising a range of properties from mid-terrace city homes to magnificent detached homes on large sites.

On Friday May 20 O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold a large summer auction with nine properties from various parts of the city going under the hammer. Among this selection are three very different properties in Salthill. There is a wonderful selection of properties coming to the market with something for everyone. After the success of the April auction it is anticipated that there should be good interest in all of the nine properties being placed up for auction on the day.
