Enterprise Ireland (EI ) will be holding a free Brexit advisory clinic in Claremorris on Wednesday.
The clinic will take place in the McWilliam Park Hotel on Wednesday, at 8am, with the first stage of Brexit negotiations complete EI is encouraging companies to be pro-active in their preparations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet a team of independent advisers in a number of 40 minute, one-on-one, sessions. In these session attendees will get personalised advice tailored to their specific business.
A number of industry experts have been invited to speak and share their insights on best practices for the SME sector and how to mitigate the risks and avail of opportunities that Brexit may offer.
Topics that will be discussed on the day include financial and currency management, strategic sourcing and customs, transport and logistics. Speakers on the day will include Moria Creedon, an author and a member of the finance faculty at the Irish Management Institute and the Ryan Academy in DCU; Martina Doyle, the business development director of West Pharmaceuticals; and Donna Hemphill, a senior manager with Deloitte Ireland.
After presentations from the experts a panel discussion chaired by broadcaster Conall O'Móráin. EI recommends early registration as places for the one-to-one meetings are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
