The Irish Heart Foundation is urging the people of Mayo to sign up for its exciting overseas walk to Costa Rica.
Don’t miss your chance to visit sunny Costa Rica and explore rainforests, jungles, and chocolate plantations. Bordering the Caribbean Sea and North Pacific Ocean, Costa Rica is a trip of a lifetime where you will see live volcanoes, the gnarliest surf beaches, and incredible birds and animals. All money raised will go towards the National LoCall Helpline 1890 432787, which supports families living with this terrible disease.
Prior to departure, each participant must raise €5,400. This will cover return flights from Dublin to San Jose; six full-day and two half-day walks with two levels of walking offered daily; full-board accommodation, transportation in Costa Rica, professional walking guides for each group, and a day to sight-see and shop in San Jose.
