A fundraising table quiz will be held tonight (Friday 13 ) at 9pm sharp in Hotel Newport in aid of a new local youth cafe.
The cafe, which is to be set up shortly, will provide a safe and reliable place for people from Newport and surrounding areas aged 15 to 21 to socialise free from drugs and alcohol.
Tables of four will be €20. There will be music and a fundraising raffle on the night with prizes including two months’ membership to Hotel Westport Leisure Centre.
