In changing ourselves, this allows for change to ripple outwards. Mary McHugh, the facilitator is an experienced group facilitator. Mary has been working in the realms of Mindfulness for many years. Mary holds a Masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions from UCD. Her primary background is psychotherapy with an interest in generational disharmony and disease.
