Sharon Shannon has been announced as the main headline act as part of this year’s Crossmolina festival. The singer and accordion player will perform a concert in the Upper Deck on July 20th.
The Clare native will be joined by her top class band and very special guest Don Stiffe on the night. Best known for her cover of "Galway Girl" alongside singer-songwriter Mundy the button accordion player was named best folk/trad act at the Meteor Awards ten years ago. Her Crossmolina show will be in association with the Ballina Manor Hotel and tickets are available at the hotel or online at ticketmaster. The 2017 Corssmolina festival runs from July 19 to 23.
