The draw for the Mayo senior, intermediate, junior, and junior B football championships were made in MacHale Park on Wednesday night in front of a packed house of interested club members and officials. The blue ribbon event is of course the senior championship, where 15 sides will be looking to depose the current champions Castlebar Mitchels come summer time.
In quirk of the draw group four of the senior championship sees the same four sides put together for the second year in a row with Ballinrobe, Castlebar Mitchels, Crossmolina Deel Rovers, and Ballina Stephenites all battling it out for two spots in the last eight once more.
