Body Blast Boot Camp at Castle Leisure Club, Castlebar

Do you ever get to the gym and just feel overwhelmed? You're supposed to warm up, do cardio, lift weights, cool down — and then stretch! How can you do all this in an hour? The answer, then, is to include many of these components together — not separate them — in a single workout. We at Castle Leisure want to use this single workout to start your day in a healthy way, help you reach those goals with a positive approach and mostly just get your body moving. So if you are struggling with your workouts or want to add variety to them then Body Blast Boot Camp is the answer.

Body Blast is a four-week intensive course running Monday to Friday inclusive, 7am to 8am. Classes will vary from day to day. On offer for instance are circuits, consists of 10 stations with various exercises at each station; spinning, on stationary bike an all out full-blown cardiovascular work out; aerobics, a fast paced full body training; step aerobics — concentration needed, will get the heart pumping; and cardio kickboxing, a dynamic class that works every muscle and then some, to name a few.

You do not have to be a member of the club to join the course, it is open to members and non-members, males and females.
