Mayo Education Centre in association with the Family Centre, Castlebar, is providing teachers and parents with an opportunity to attend a seminar titled Managing Conflict with Teenagers on Tuesday February 24 at 7.30pm at Mayo Education Centre, Castlebar.
This seminar will look at skills that teachers/parents might use to help them to do their best for their students/family while respecting themselves at the same time.
Gerry Farrell, a counsellor with the Probation and Welfare Service Treatment Centre in Harristown, Castlerea and a tutor in Trinity College, Dublin, on the diploma in counselling course, will facilitate the seminar.
