Enda Kenny launches Home Instead Senior Care in Mayo

An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, was on hand in in Castlebar to celebrate the opening of the 22nd Home Instead Senior Care franchise office in Ireland. Home Instead Senior Care is the largest national and global home care provider and enables older people to maintain their independence and live at home for longer than otherwise possible.

There were people from across the community in attendance at the new home care office in Moneen Industrial Estate, Castlebar, to celebrate the launch of the new home care franchise. The new office provides care in County Mayo which means older people in all 26 counties will be able to avail of the quality home care service provided by Home Instead Senior Care.

The new franchise office in Castlebar is independently owned and operated by Oonagh Cox, a qualified nurse and trainer. “Having someone like Enda Kenny on hand to celebrate the growth of Home Instead Senior Care has really helped us generate awareness of the organisation and service offered. I could not ask for a better person to support the launch of our Home Instead franchise office,” said Ms Cox.
