The champions have a 100 per cent record from their two games so far this season and John Brennan's men will be confident of making it three from three come Saturday night. They backed up their round one win over Glenhest on the opening weekend with a 3-1 win over Castlebar Celtic last weekend. Manulla come into the game having got their first win last weekend with a 3-0 win over Iorras Aontiathe at home having been beaten 3-1 by Ballyglass in their first outing. The Carramore outfit have the potential to cause plenty of problems for United, but the home side should have the edge.
Glenhest Rovers v Castlebar Celtic

Each side comes into this round three tie with just one point, Super League newboys Glenhest Rovers will be the happier of the two sides to have a point on the board as they look to establish themselves in the top division. While Celtic will be ruing the fact they threw away a three goal lead in round one against Iorras Aontaithe and followed that up with a 3 -1 loss to rivals Westport United. Ciaran Kelly's county town outfit really need to pick up a win in this game if they are going to mount a title challenge down the track later on this year.
Ballina Town v Conn Rangers

This north Mayo derby is sure to have plenty of fireworks on the field as Michael McNicholas' host their neighbours who will be making the short trip in from Mount Falcon on Sunday afternoon. Ballina Town have not had a league game yet this season, having been involved in Connacht Cup action on the weekend slated for round one to take place and their round two game against Ballyheane last weekend falling foul of the weather. Conn Rangers picked up their first point of the season last weekend after a 1-1 draw with at home to Glenhest Rovers. Joe Faughan's men will be looking to follow that draw with another good performance on Sunday.
Ballyglass v Ballyheane

Just like last year, Ballyglass have hit the ground running in some style in the opening weeks of the season having won two from two. Last weekend Ballyglass came out on the right side of a nine goal epic against Claremorris thanks to a JP O'Gorman hat-trick. On Sunday afternoon they will face another tough examination when they host Ballyheane in Keaveny Park. Ballyheane had a weekend off last time around when the weather put paid to their scheduled game against Ballina Town, in round one they had a 2-0 win over Conn Rangers and they will put up a serious examination of Ballyglass's early season credentials.
Iorras Aointaithe v Claremorris

Claremorris came so close to picking up at least a point last weekend when they lost out by the odd goal in nine against Ballyglass, on Sunday they will be making the long trip up to Carne Nash to take on an Iorras Aontaithe side who come into the game after the back of a 3-0 loss to Manulla. Claremorris will fancy their chances of taking at least a point from this game, however Iorras Aontaithe have already shown with their comeback from 3-0 against Castlebar Celtic in round one they have the fight and spirit not to let anything go too easy.
