This Lent, instead of giving up, why not take up a challenge? Castle Leisure Club will be running a 40 Day Fitness Challenge this Lent and is looking for 12 people to step up and take part. It will be kicking off on Ash Wednesday and finishing on Good Friday, the perfect opportunity if you have been thinking about making a change in your life.
The course will involve three private group classes per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The classes will include a wide variety to keep you motivated through the weeks including aqua aerobics, spinning, kettlebells, aerobics, fitness Pilates, etc. Unlimited access to the gym and pool for the duration of the course, along with your very own personalised gym programme to keep you busy outside of the classes. Not only this, but a nutrition clinic evening on the first night to make sure everybody has the tools and support to get the most from the course.
Over the years Castle Leisure Club has run countless courses just like this one with great success stories. Amazing weight loss, massive leaps in fitness, and best of all, people doing things they never even dreamed was possible. Ordinary people that were ready to change and worked for it.
