With the general election on the horizon, Fianna Fáil TD for Galway West Éamon Ó'Cuív will open a new constituency office in Ballinrobe next week. The newly expanded Galway West constituency will take in a large chunk of south Mayo after the changes to constituency boundaries since the last general election in 2011.
Ó'Cuiv's new office will be located at Church Lane in Ballinrobe and will be used by Fianna Fáil public representatives and candidates to provide a constituency service to the area. Among the public representatives who will be using the office are Éamon Ó Cuiv TD, and Cllr Damien Ryan, who is the local Fianna Fáil councillor for the area. It is also hoped to have the office manned by office staff on a regular basis. The times of attendance by politicians will be announced on a weekly basis on Éamon Ó Cuív’s website at www.eamonocuiv.ie
