Le Chéile Family Resource Centre in conjunction with HSE Health Promotion unit is running a six-week parenting course commencing on Tuesday February 17 from 10.30am to 12.30pm in the Welcome Inn Hotel, Castlebar.
Maura Horkan will facilitate the course, which will include: Assertiveness skills, communicating with your child, building self esteem and confidence. Parents will have an input into the programme content.
