A Birthwise ante-natal and parenting course will be held on Saturday February 28 in the Ramada Hotel, Ballina, and on Saturday March 28 in Days Hotel, Castlebar.
This one-day all inclusive course will prepare expectant mums and dads-to-be for pregnancy, labour, birth, the post-natal period, and caring for your baby in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
