Knock Counselling Centre has announced two upcoming courses this autumn, a four-week personal development and wellness workshop and an anger management course. The personal development and wellness workshop starts next Tuesday, September 29, and will be facilitated by Michael McTigue. Participants will explore issues such as self-identity, self-esteem, and combating the fears that limit us in reaching our true potential.
The workshop will run over four Tuesdays, from 7pm to 9pm, on September 29, October 6, 13, and 20. It costs €40 for four weeks. Places are limited and booking is essential. Knock Counselling Centre, which is accredited by the Association of Agency-Based Counselling in Ireland (AACI ), is also offering the two-day intensive anger management course on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4.
The anger management course will be facilitated by Peter Devers and Bernard Henry, from the Irish Association for Anger Management. The course will teach participants how to express their anger in a healthy way.
