Mayo Fianna Fáil TD Dara Calleary has been informed by Minister Éamon Ó Cuív TD that his Department of Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs will finance rent and relocation costs for Parkside CDP's move to larger, more spacious premises within the locality.
“Having made numerous representations to the Department on behalf of Parkside CDP, I am delighted that Minister Ó Cuív has sanctioned finance to cover the costs involved in renting and relocating to new premises.
“Parkside Community Development are doing invaluable work in the community and this move will bring Parkside CDP closer to their entire target group and will hopefully encourage a greater number of people to engage with and use the services of the group,” said Deputy Calleary.
