Homework club for parents

Cosgallen in association with the VEC is organising a homework club for parents which looks at ways of addressing issues that parents may have in relation to their children’s study. Ideally the participants should be parents of students who are in third to sixth class. If you are interested contact Cosgallen CDP on 094 925 5070.

Employment outreach

The Local Employment Service will hold an outreach in Cosgallen CDP, Charlestown, on Wednesday February 4 from 10am to 12 noon.

Adult education classes

Classes on offer this year are English for foreign nationals, farm accounts, creative writing, computers, and cookery. The adult education classes run for 16 hours, two hours per night, one night a week for eight weeks. The course is part funded by the VEC.
