Lots of Mayo properties up for grabs at next Allsop auction

The next Allsop auctions will take place next month with more than 300 properties to go under the hammer at the RDS, Merrion Road, Dublin 4. There are some 230 properties in the residential auction, taking place on Wednesday July 8, and some 80 properties in the commercial auction, taking place on Thursday July 9.

The combined reserve value across the two auctions totals more than €46m. Nineteen properties in Mayo are on offer and there is a diverse range of opportunities for both potential investors and owner occupiers. Highlights include two modern office buildings in Moy Valley Retail Park let to the Road Safety Authority, a stunning six bedroom period house in Killala, and three one-bedroom apartments in Newport to be offered as one lot. There is also a range of family homes including three and four bedroom houses in Claremorris and Ballina.
