Team Horizon won the Small Firms Association (SFA ) Service Award 2015 in the RDS in March for what we have achieved over the last 12 months. Team Horizon are serialisation specialists, delivering serialisation and track and trace solutions to the pharmaceutical industry worldwide on 25+ packaging lines globally.
Team Horizon are based in Westport and have an office on Baggott St, Dublin, Bristol and are opening an office this year in Rhode Island, USA. Set up in 2010, they employee 52 staff at present but they plan to employee another 20-25 before the end of the year.

Team Horizon have three divisions in their company. The engineering and design team are responsible for turn-key projects. This team are made up of engineering manufacturing experts who provide specification fit for purpose solution to our clients. This includes sourcing and procurement of equipment, commissioning and installation of this equipment and SMARTTM Manufacturing - optimise this equipment/process to maximise return on investment for our clients.
They also have a recruitment and resourcing division who provide engineers to our clients on demand to help resource their projects. We have three technical recruiters working with clients to determine their exact needs and matching their needs with our current available workforce and those that have applied externally.
Finally their research and development division are about to launch a new product ScopeFish (www.scope.fish.com ) which is a cloud based product aimed at improving the business efficiency of firms by reducing the work around creating Specification Documents (URS ) by streamlining this process.
