Ballyhaunis Fit4Life

Ballyhaunis Fit4life is holding its registration night on Tuesday January 20. Anyone interested in joining should turn up on the night at 6.30pm at the Ballyhaunis Enterprise Centre, Clare Road (turn up towards SuperValu ). The fee is €40 and this is handed over to Mayo AC for annual membership, it is affiliated to Athletics Ireland. Anyone is welcome to come along in the meantime any Tuesday evening at 7pm or Saturday morning at 9am and join in for a trial. The club will make every effort to assist newcomers who wish to get fit through walking or jogging. The group normally meets at the Ball Court in the Friary Field (across from Londis, Abbey Street ).
