A phenomenal night of live music is in store at Garbo’s, Castlebar, this December 28 when Ireland’s top album selling band, The Riptide Movement, comes to town.
The Finbar Hoban Presents gig has now sold out.
And little wonder.
The Dublin rockers have enjoyed incredible chart success since their debut album What About the Tip Jars in 2009.
That album was followed up with the number one album Getting Through and then in April this year, they released Keep on Keeping, which went straight into the top position in the Irish album charts amid much critical acclaim.
The song ‘All Works Out’ has enjoyed constant airplay on Irish airwaves over the summer months.
The band have just announced that their show at Vicar Street has also sold out.
Renowned for their phenomenal live performances, the Riptide Movement have toured all over the world so the Mayo gig is a great opportunity for local audiences to see this band at an intimate venue, close to home.
Support on the night will come from two Mayo original bands, Ka Tet and The New Social.
