This week the Family Centre, Castlebar published its spring/summer programme and with 25 different courses on offer there is something for everyone.
Some of these courses include: personal development; family and parenting; bereavement; faith; volunteering; and professional courses for counsellors, psychologists, and those in the caring professions.
