A family from Lahardane are sharing their experiences of life on a small farm as part of a quaint new 15-part television series on RTÉ.
The show, called Our Farm, follows the Doyle siblings, Liam (10 ), Deirbhle (8 ), Ailbhe (5 ) and Feilim (3 ), and their day-to-day adventures on the family farm from picking stones and milking cows to buying a new piglet and shearing sheep.
The family is headed up by Debbie and Fergal Doyle.
Mr Doyle is also the headmaster of the local national school.
The six-minute mini-documentaries are to air every morning at 10.45 for the next three weeks on RTÉ 2.
They will also be shown on RTÉ Jr daily at 12 noon and 4 pm from October 20.
Mayo based production company Gmarsh TV are the makers of the series, which is shot and directed by Paula Rouse from Ballina.
