There is just one week left to vote for your favourite local businesses who are vying for a Best of Mayo 2014 award.
Public voting for the awards closes on September 7 and the Best of Mayo winners, as decided by the public, will be announced on September 23.
Since the Best of Mayo awards were launched by the Mayo Advertiser in 2012, more than 10,000 members of the Mayo public have voted for their favourite businesses across the county.
The awards recognise and celebrate exceptional businesses of all sizes, across all sectors.
The award categories for 2014 are: Best of Mayo Pub; Best of Mayo Hotel; Best of Mayo Restaurant/Cafe; Best of Mayo Fashion Outlet; Best of Mayo Retailer; Best of Mayo Health/Beauty/Hair; Best of Mayo Motor Dealer; Best of Mayo Home and Garden; Best of Mayo Service Provider; Best of Mayo Professional/Financial Services.
There is also an overall award for the Best of Mayo’s Best, chosen from the winners in each individual category.
