Kildare native Michael English is bringing his country music dance band to Mayo tomorrow (Saturday ) night for a performance at the McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris.
English is a well-established singer, songwriter and performer, known for his musical diversity and his ability to get an audience on their feet. He is fast becoming one of the country music scene’s best dance band acts and is proving hugely popular amongst dancers for his great range of country songs, both old and new.
English has released a new 12 track album, Country Roots, which includes the hit single ‘The Band is Back in Town’ as well as other popular singles like ‘Locklins Bar’ and ‘Until You Have Walked in my Shoes’.
English said he is “delighted” to be taking his new band to Mayo for this special show at the Mc William Park Hotel and looks forward to meeting friends old and new.
