An exciting day of fun for all the family will take place this Sunday in Lough-Conn Airfield in Ballina. Go along from 12 noon onwards and see aircraft from all over Ireland and the UK put on a great display of flying skills. The Irish Coastguard helicopter will make an appearance and landing at the event at a time to be confirmed later. You will have the privilege of viewing this incredible helicopter up close and see how it operates and saves lives on a regular basis. Do not miss the chance to see this life saving helicopter that is based at Sligo airport. Seldom does the general public get to see this machine up close.
Also taking to the skies as part of the event is Gerry Humphreys who will be performing his show-stopping routine in his Vans aircraft. This is an awesome display and a first in Mayo. The event will be held in aid of the Tommy O’Donnell trust.
