Mayo Genealogy Group meeting this weekend

The Mayo Genealogy Group will hold a meeting at the National Museum of Country Life this Saturday, August 9, at 11am which will deal with the WW1 project and a presentation on the Mayo men who returned from WW1.

Members will report progress on their ongoing projects undertaken by the group.

All those interested in their family history and those who require help and direction on compiling a family tree are welcome to attend the August meeting held at Turlough Park. The meeting will be followed, at 2pm in the National Museum, by the genealogy members giving you practical tips to assist in researching your military ancestors.
